7 days free

On your first subscription the first seven days cost nothing. You set up and test first, then enter your payment details when you subscribe; you are only charged after the seven days. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

One conversation

covers up to 12 messages from one visitor and only counts once they write. When the page is loaded again or the visitor moves to another page, a new conversation starts.

Conversation allowance used up

Then the assistant keeps running up to three times your plan. Each further conversation costs €0.29 net plus 19 % VAT and is charged once, after the end of the month. After that, new visitors get the request form until the month ends.

Annual plan

A lower monthly price with a minimum term of twelve months. You pay every month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the term. After that, you can cancel monthly.

Who it is for

Only for businesses based in Germany, prices net plus 19 % VAT. Also through the WordPress plugin and the Shopify app only for businesses based in Germany. Not for medical and therapy practices, pharmacies, care services, law firms, notaries, tax, financial and insurance advisers.

1. Try it free for seven days

   On your first subscription the first seven days are free. Before that, you set up the assistant, check its knowledge and ask it test questions, without payment details. You only enter your payment details when you subscribe; you are charged after the seven days. If you cancel in the customer account before then, you pay nothing.

2. What is a conversation?

   A conversation is one visitor’s session with the assistant. It counts once, whether they ask one question or twelve, and only once they send their first message.

   • Up to 12 messages per conversation, then the request form
   • Page reloaded or another page of the website: new conversation
   • Just opening the page or the window does not count
   • Unused conversations expire at the end of the month

3. What happens when I use up my conversation allowance?

   The assistant keeps running: visitors still get answers and no request is lost. Anything beyond your plan is charged once, after the month ends. The cap is three times your plan: once it is reached, new visitors get the request form instead of the chat until the end of the month, and no further conversations are added. Only to prevent abuse, new visitors briefly get the request form during unusually heavy traffic; that does not count as a conversation.

   • Cap: three times your plan, then the request form until the end of the month
   • So further conversations cost at most €87, €174 or €348 net a month (Start, Plus, Profi)
   • Email notification when 80 percent and when all of your conversation allowance is used
   • Each further conversation: €0.29 net, plus 19 % VAT
   • One invoice after the end of the month
   • An email with the amount so far for every 100 further conversations

4. Changing the plan

   You change the plan in the customer account. A larger plan applies immediately, a smaller one from the end of the paid period.

   • Larger plan: immediately, the difference for the current period is charged at once
   • Smaller plan: takes effect at the end of the paid period and can be undone until then; no credit
   • On the annual plan: smaller plan only after the minimum term
   • The amount is shown before you confirm

5. Paying and cancelling

   On both options you pay monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancellable monthly: cancel in your account, effective at the end of the paid month. Annual plan: a cancellation takes effect at the end of the twelve-month minimum term; after that, it can be cancelled monthly.

   • Payment details only at Stripe
   • Invoices as PDF in the account
   • A cancellation can be withdrawn until the end date

6. Several websites or an agency?

   One plan covers one assistant. You can subscribe to up to five assistants yourself, each with its own plan. For six or more, we can provide a quote on request.

7. Who the offer is for

   The offer is aimed only at businesses. Only businesses based in Germany can subscribe, through this website, the WordPress plugin or our app in Shopify; all prices are net prices plus 19 % VAT.
